Hybrid fitness racing

Understand where your race pace changes.

ScoreRep combines station-focused tracking with a free pacing calculator so athletes can review both movement execution and race planning.

Eight runs are only half the story

Hybrid fitness races combine running intervals with functional workout stations. A useful race plan therefore needs more than a target running pace: it needs realistic station and transition assumptions.

The ScoreRep calculator separates running, stations and transition allowance so the athlete can see which part of the plan is carrying the most time.

Review repeatable station performance

For supported station movements, ScoreRep can surface rep count, cadence and changes in pace across the effort. This makes it easier to compare a controlled opening with late-set slowdown.

Tracking is performed on the athlete device. Live sharing focuses on skeleton, repetitions and pace rather than raw camera video.

Use the plan as a testable hypothesis

A calculator does not predict congestion, course layout or race-day fatigue. Its job is to make assumptions explicit. Athletes can then rehearse those assumptions and update the plan using real training splits.

Questions

What athletes usually ask

Does the calculator predict an official finish time?

It estimates a target from the values entered. Venue layout, transitions, penalties and fatigue can make the official result different.

Is this tied to one race organiser?

No. ScoreRep is an independent movement-analysis product for configurable hybrid fitness training.

Can I use it for Doubles?

The calculator can still help plan total station time, but it does not allocate work between partners.
